Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ofielo, operated by Saseka Developments LLC, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you add it.
• Project details: project names, locations, the site pin, stages, amounts, decisions, notes and payment entries.
• Proof: photos and videos taken in the app, with the time they were taken and your device's GPS location and its accuracy. Location is only read while you are capturing proof or pinning a site.
• Activity: a log of actions on each project, and basic technical logs (such as errors) kept by our hosting providers.

How it is used

• To run the app: sign you in, show project records to the people on that project, and check that proof was captured at the site.
• To send you sign-in codes by email and, only if you opt in, project alerts on WhatsApp.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Everything in a project, including proof photos, videos and their locations, is visible to the other members of that project. Your WhatsApp number is visible only to people on your projects. We use these providers to run Ofielo: Supabase (database and file storage, United States), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Meta (WhatsApp messages).

Keeping and deleting data

Project records are kept for as long as the project exists, because both parties rely on them. You can turn off WhatsApp alerts at any time in your Profile. To delete your account, email us. We will delete your account details; records you submitted to a shared project may be kept so the other party's history stays complete.
