Terms of Use

Ofielo™ is operated by Saseka Developments LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using Ofielo, you agree to these terms.

What Ofielo does

Ofielo helps property owners and their contractors keep a shared record of a construction project: the stages of work, the photo and video proof a contractor uploads for each stage, the owner's decision on that proof, and the payments the owner records.

What Ofielo does not do

• We do not hold, move or guarantee money. Ofielo is not a bank, escrow agent or payment service. Approving a stage in Ofielo does not pay anyone. Payments happen outside Ofielo, and a payment shown in Ofielo is only what the owner recorded.
• We do not inspect work. Proof in Ofielo is evidence uploaded by the contractor. The app checks that photos and videos were taken with the in-app camera, near the pinned site and recently, but we do not independently verify the quality, safety or completeness of any work. Hire a qualified inspector where it matters.
• We are not a party to your agreement. Any contract is between the owner and the contractor. We do not resolve disputes between them.

Your account

• Give accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and don't let others use your account.
• Only invite people you intend to work with. Anyone with an invite link can join that project, as a contractor or as a view-only co-owner, until it is used.
• Upload only real, unaltered photos and videos of the actual site, and only content you have the right to share.
• Don't misuse Ofielo: no fraud, harassment, unlawful content or attempts to break or get around its security or location checks.

Records

To keep a trustworthy history, uploads, decisions, payment entries and the activity log cannot be edited or deleted by either party once submitted. Everyone on a project can see that project's records.

Beta

Ofielo is in beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain errors. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

Ofielo is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from construction work, payments made or withheld, decisions you make based on records in Ofielo, or interruptions to the service.

Changes and contact
